Q1: What do you think is the biggest weapon of the current JO1?
Junki: the growth potential. Since the debut a year has passed, but we can still grow more and there is still a lot of room for growth.
Sho: that we can set ourselves on the “here”. In the beginning, it was often that we couldn’t set our hearts on various things like rehearsals or variety programs. But recently it has become that we can focus on it and do it in one go.
Ren: We are lucky. Yesterday we also did a live stream and we did a game when we had to pass the pin pon ball in one touch and at least Keigo had to put it into a goldfish bowl. At the very last moment Keigo set his heart on it. This kind of thing would have failed before. I think that we were able to work with amazing seniors since the debut, was because the people at our agency worked hard, but I also think we are lucky. As everyone continues to restlessly work hard to gasp the luck, I feel that we become closer.

Q2: If you could take only one member with you to a no man’s island who would it be? And why?
Sho: Junki. He has the highest education background of JO1, so he might plan something so that we can escape.
Junki: Sho-kun. His muscles are amazing, so he seems to be able to cut down a tree and carry it. I will instruct and Sho-kun will move everything -laughs-
Ren: I think I might die on a no man’s island -laughs- that’s why rather than surviving with painful thoughts (I choose) Sato Keigo who is a guy who will make the remaining time fun.

Q3: Please tell us a secret that the fans don’t know.
Junki: We are living in the same dorm, but the rooms aren’t that big, so Sho-kun bought a glass vitrine for figures and such things. It takes quite some space, so I thought “it’s too huge” but once I saw it set up it uses perfectly the free space in his room, so I’m thinking now “I’m really jealous.” which is the first secret I said -laughs-
Ren: When i went to Keigo’s room, he was almost nacked because he took a bath. Then, while listening to very emotional music, he dried his hair.
Sho: Recently, when I gifted Ren a ring for his birthday, he told me his ring size. Also, when Junki makes grilled meat at home, he grills the meat in the fry pan in the kitchen and eats the hot meat straight from it.
