Besides singing and dancing every JO1 member has “something”
We are a group that was born by the votes of the viewers of an audition program. So naturally, there is singing and dancing, but each member has something else so that he was chosen. For example, because their personality is good or the smile is pretty... I think isn’t it JO1’s strength that everyone has something else than singing and dancing. For me... I think it’s my gentle side haha among everyone the most surprising one is Takumi. He was inexperienced in singing and dancing, but he has the ability pull the group forwards and he is genius who if he is taught something, he can do it on the spot lol because I’m the type who can only do things if I practise them, he has something I don’t have so I admire him. Because JO1 is a group that aims for the world, I want to learn how to write music and produce our lives myself. Now I started to learn how to write songs little by little. You can input by connecting the keyboard to the computer. Each tap on the piano will be recorded and it can accumulate like that. You can also input percussion instruments and record your voice... I tried to make one song. But it’s not something they can be heard yet, so I will study more! Lol back when I was a back dancer I’ve learned that a live performance is made of countless things, such as the atmosphere of the lightning, how to move and until the timing of going out (on stage). Being particular of each thing is cool and I feel like I want to be able to do that one day, too. I hope that for our fans our music becomes their “life BGM”. I want to challenge songs from all genres from now on, but isn’t it like this song you listen to before sleeping , and that song that you listen to when you are excited before going out, so by listing it you either calm down or get excited? In this way, I always wanted to become a BGM that enriches that person’s life.
