Q: Because I want to dance as cool as you, I started dancing. What’s good to do at the beginning to become better? Is it necessary to work out?
Hm... well. I think it’s good to start by imitating. To be honest, it’s important to imitate the dances you think that are cool.
Start with taking videos of you dancing and watch those and while doing that you come to think “isn’t that good?”, so you will surely improve yourself! When you got used to dance in front of a mirror, it will lead to even better results!
I think it’s necessary to have a good body core for dancing, so you should take that training serious. Speakinh of this, there are times when it seems like Sho's work out makes it hard for him to move, so it might not be good to have too much? But I think it depends on the type of dance and the dances you like, so it changes depending on the dances you want to dance.

Q: You always seem soft and gentle, but are there times when you become angry during your work or daily life? I want to know if there are people you can’t stand!
Of course, there are also people I can’t stand. I think I can’t stand people who don’t have composure in their hearts, because they aren’t kind.
When I’m angry, I often wonder “What?”, but don’t react. If it’s a member or a relative, I would say it’s different, but when it’s not I just think that’s just the person and I leave it like that.(laughs)

Q: It's hard to teach people their work in the company. What did you keep in mind when teaching people and conveying something to them?
Because I often teach the members dancing, let me compare it to that!
Recently, I came to understand the members and everyone’s personality and way to remember is different, so I try to tell them it in a way that’s suitable to each of them. Specifically, there are people who prefer to be taught slowly from 1 to 10, people who prefer to be taught 10 first and get explained why it became 10, people who prefer to have it explained from the theory, people who prefer to be taught from the atmosphere, so all 10 people are totally different. It became my story but I think i could tell that it’s good to find a way of teaching fitting to the people.
